Made-to-Order Products
Most CruiseVibin products are made to order after a purchase is placed. Production time is separate from shipping/transit time.
Production Time
Production times vary depending on the product, fulfillment provider, order volume, and time of year. Estimated production times shown on product or order information are not guaranteed.
Shipping Time
Shipping begins after production is complete. Delivery estimates vary based on the carrier, destination, holidays, weather, and other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Shipping Rates
Available shipping options and applicable shipping charges are displayed during checkout before payment is completed.
Tracking
When tracking information becomes available, it will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. Tracking may take some time to begin updating after a carrier receives the package.
Multiple Shipments
Products in the same order may occasionally be produced at different fulfillment locations. As a result, an order may arrive in more than one package or on different days.
Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Please review your address carefully before submitting your order. If you discover an error, contact us immediately. Once an order enters production or ships, we may be unable to change the address.
Delayed or Lost Packages
Carrier delays can occur. If your tracking shows an unusual delay or you believe your shipment may be lost, please contact us with your order number so we can assist with investigating the shipment.
Damaged Packages or Items
If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrectly produced, please contact us promptly with your order number and clear photographs of the item and packaging.
Shipping Destinations
CruiseVibin currently focuses on customers within the United States. Available shipping destinations will be shown during checkout.
